We're looking for a Business Growth Associate who is eager to contribute to client acquisition, lead generation, proposal development, and account management. This role is ideal for candidates who want to build hands-on experience in sales and growth while working closely with experienced leaders.

What You'll Do

  • Support business development and sales initiatives by identifying and reaching out to potential clients
  • Assist in client meetings, presentations, and solution discussions
  • Create high-quality proposals, pitch decks, and sales materials
  • Manage CRM pipelines, track leads, and ensure timely follow-ups
  • Support account management and build strong client relationships
  • Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify growth opportunities

Qualifications

  • 0–2 years of experience in business development, sales, marketing, consulting, or related fields.
  • High attention to detail, particularly in preparing proposals, decks, and client-facing materials.
  • Analytical thinker capable of translating research and data into actionable insights.
  • Proficiency in Canva, Google Slides, or similar presentation tools.

Nice to Have

  • Exposure to outbound sales or lead generation activities.
  • Basic understanding of software development, digital transformation, or technology services.
