Job Description

Business Finance Controller - Transactional

Act as a business partner to the BU to ensure business growth & profit targets are achieved through sound financial planning, reporting and analysis, anticipating business situations/risk that impact the achievement of business goals and collaborates with the business head and teams to ensure appropriate measures are in place.

Contribute to commercial & marketing strategy to ensure a sustainable profitable growth. Support new business models/ transformation implementation ( e- commerce.. ). Challenge sales execution models & channels optimization.

Responsibilities

  • Prepare and submit comprehensive end to end accurate reporting business results, trends and opportunities; Realistic targets and forecasts quarterly.
  • Partner with Business to improve by providing feedback on trends of sales, margins and costs.
  • Conduct Business reviews effectively by presenting complete and relevant data, highlighting risks and opportunities and progress of actions against plan/agreed next steps.
  • Assist business management in understanding financial inputs and the implications to their business.
  • Drive profitable growth across the all business driving efficiency.
  • Drive cash generation within the business, Leverage/create synergies from recent business opportunities with a focus on growth.
  • Drive margins improvements, Opex efficiencies and price increases across the business product range.
  • Develop suggested productivity actions within the business and across the supply chain.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or Business; CPA, CIMA, CMA, or MBA preferred.
  • Minimum of 8+ years of progressive Finance experience, including at least 2 years in a people management role.
  • Proven experience in financial management, including full P&L ownership, forecasting, budgeting, and risk management.
  • Strong business partnering skills with a track record of driving financial performance and supporting operational decision-making.
  • Experience in international or multicultural environments, with exposure to business transformation and project management initiatives.
