Business Finance Analyst (Costing)
What will you do
Financial Reporting & Analysis
- Prepare basic reports related to sales, costs, and gross profit
- Support weekly and monthly financial reporting with simple analysis
- Help ensure data accuracy and timely submission of reports
Budgeting & Forecasting Support
- Assist in preparing and tracking budgets and forecasts
- Support finance team in monitoring performance vs. plan
Product Costing & Monitoring
- Help maintain and update product costs in the system
- Support monthly closing activities and review costing results
- Assist in monitoring material price changes and variances
Process & Team Support
- Work closely with other finance teams on reporting and reconciliations
- Support improvements in tools, reports, and processes
- Help document and follow standard finance processes
Who would be successful
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accountancy, or related field
- 1–2 years of experience in finance, accounting, or analysis (fresh graduates with strong internships are welcome to apply)
- Basic understanding of costing or accounting concepts
- Comfortable using MS Excel (formulas, basic analysis)
- Good communication skills in English
- Detail-oriented, eager to learn, and a team player
- Exposure to ERP systems (SAP/Oracle) or Power BI/Tableau is a plus, but not required
