Job Description

TMG is looking for a motivated and confident Outbound Sales Consultant to help sell prebuilt ready-to-launch business websites to local business owners across the U.S.

This is a part-time remote opportunity ideal for someone who already has outbound calling experience and understands how to confidently communicate with prospects, handle objections, and close deals.

We are looking for someone who is comfortable picking up the phone, building conversations, and driving results.

What You'll Be Doing

Cold calling business owners and prospects

Selling prebuilt professional websites

Following up with leads and maintaining communication

Handling objections professionally and confidently

Qualifying interested prospects and moving deals forward

Meeting weekly outreach and sales quotas

Updating basic sales activity and lead status

Requirements

1–2+ years of outbound sales or cold calling experience

Strong communication and conversational skills

Comfortable speaking with business owners and decision makers

Ability to overcome objections and stay composed under pressure

Reliable high-speed internet connection

Professional work ethic and self-discipline

Able to work EST hours and weekends when needed

Comfortable working independently in a remote environment

Compensation

Commission-based to start

Qualifications

  • Proven ability to analyze client needs and offer tailored solutions
  • Proficiency with CRM tools, sales tracking software, and basic reporting
  • Results-driven mindset with strong organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to work independently in a remote setting
  • Background in digital marketing, web solutions, or a related field is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related discipline is preferred
  • Familiarity with AI-driven or digital workflow tools is advantageous
