Lead and execute the day-to-day activities of Business Excellence engagements.
Support business development activities by identifying new target clients, building business relationships with key executives, and developing/presenting proposals.
Support in business development initiatives, proposal drafting, client discussions, and periodic internal team discussions.
Plan and oversee activities related to the development of work programs and execution of Business Excellence projects.
Review clients business processes and controls against leading practices and industry frameworks, identify gaps in design and execution, and communicate issues and recommendations to engagement leads and client management.
Contribute to the Business Excellence knowledge base and internal practice development initiatives.
Supervise and provide performance management for team members working on assigned engagement opportunities for clients.
Ensure compliance with engagement management, quality, and risk management standards and processes applicable to Business Excellence Services.
Promote an environment conducive to collaboration and agile working.
Apply the firm's advisory methodologies for process analysis and project management to ensure a consistent approach to evidence gathering.
Ensure the team's compliance with the firm's policies and standards throughout the delivery of engagements.
Participate in business planning and improve the overall profitability of the service line.
Write and present clear and concise reports and presentations containing meaningful observations and recommendations to clients, including documentation of procedures performed and conclusions reached related to projects.
Provide oversight and leadership to team members regarding deliverables, project plans, and performance management while contributing to industry and regulatory publications, writing professional and thought leadership articles, and speaking at related conferences and seminars.
Perform thorough reviews of staff deliverables/outputs and actively impart knowledge pertinent to the engagement scope and its delivery. Accountability for quality in terms of outputs/deliverables rests with the Senior Manager.
Lead project management activities including the development and management of project scope, schedules, budgets, risks, resources, and quality.
QUALIFICATIONS:
Bachelor's Degree in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or related courses with at least 8 years of professional experience.
Strong background and significant experience in business excellence and transformation, particularly in Supply Chain Management including Sales, Operations/ Manufacturing/Production, Procurement, Transport Logistics.
Experience in process improvements, preferably with Lean Six Sigma Green Belt certification.
Experience working in consulting or with previous audit firm employment preferred.
Experience in system implementation or any tech project,
Experience in business development and handling executives.
Demonstrated skills in leadership and project management.
Strong verbal and written communication skills, with a customer-facing orientation.
Goal-oriented and methodical with a logical approach to addressing issues and strong analytical skills.
Ability to solve urgent matters and work under pressure.
