Business Excellence Manager

About the Role

As Senior Manager – Business Excellence, you will oversee quality and business excellence initiatives while providing leadership to a sizeable Quality team.

The role is suited to a PHRN-licensed professional with management-level experience and relevant exposure to Business Excellence, Operations Excellence, or Continuous Improvement.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a team of 24+ Quality Analysts.
• Drive Business Excellence, Operations Excellence, or Continuous Improvement initiatives.
• Provide management-level leadership for quality-focused operations.
• Support quality and continuous improvement efforts across the organization.

Must-Have Qualifications

• Active PHRN License.
• At least 3–4 years of Manager-level experience or currently holding a Manager-level position.
• Experience in at least one of the following:
• Operations Excellence
• Business Excellence
• Continuous Improvement

Alternative consideration: Candidates without direct Quality, Business Excellence, or Continuous Improvement experience may be considered if they have Operations Manager (OM) or Senior Operations Manager (SOM) experience and an active PHRN License.

Good-to-Have

• Lean Six Sigma Belt certification.
