Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Business Development Manager role based in Pampanga. The Business Development Manager will identify and pursue new business opportunities, build and maintain relationships with key accounts in logistics, aggregates, construction, and mining sectors, and manage the end-to-end sales cycle. The role includes conducting market research, preparing proposals and quotations, negotiating terms, and monitoring competitor activities to inform sales strategies. The position also involves collaborating with internal teams on pricing, inventory, and delivery requirements, as well as preparing regular sales forecasts and performance reports. The Business Development Manager will represent AGP Corporation at client meetings, site visits, and industry events to expand market presence and strengthen the brand.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in business development, key account management, or B2B sales, preferably in automotive, industrial, logistics, or related sectors.
  • Strong skills in lead generation, prospecting, and pipeline management, with the ability to close deals and meet or exceed sales targets.
  • Ability to build and sustain client relationships, negotiate commercial terms, and present value propositions to decision-makers.
  • Competence in market research, sales forecasting, and basic data analysis to support strategic decision-making.
  • Effective communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain technical or product-related information clearly.
  • Self-driven, organized, and able to work independently while coordinating effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Comfortable with on-site client visits, fieldwork, and travel within Cebu and surrounding areas as needed.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field is preferred; equivalent relevant experience will be considered.
  • Experience or familiarity with tire products, retreading materials, or industrial consumables is an advantage.
  • Proficiency in standard office productivity tools (e.g., email, spreadsheets, presentations); exposure to CRM systems is a plus.
