- Make outbound calls to restaurant partners to offer relevant campaign solutions
- Support campaign participation and help improve partner engagement
- Coordinate with internal teams and share insights from merchant conversations
- Maintain records and updates using Excel and Google Sheets
Requirements:
- 1â€2 years of telesales or customer service experience preferred
- Strong communication skills in Thai (English is a plus)
- Confident in using Excel and Google Sheets
- Good understanding of restaurant operations and thinking
- Proactive attitude, team player, and open to learning
