Business Development Specialist

The ideal candidate is a motivated, organized, and creative individual who welcomes the challenges of acquiring and developing new business through sales efforts. You will build key customer relationships, identify business opportunities, and close business deals while maintaining an extensive knowledge of current market conditions.

Key Responsibilities :

• Party Room Agency Recruitment: Identify, prospect, and recruit high-quality party room agencies to join the platform.
• Onboarding Assistance: Guide new agencies through the entire onboarding process, ensuring smooth account setup, contract signing, and technical integration.
• Agency Training: Provide comprehensive onboarding training and ongoing operational guidance to new agencies on platform tools, policies, and best practices.
• Performance Monitoring: Track and analyze post-onboarding agency data (active users, revenue, retention), providing actionable feedback to optimize their performance and escalate key issues.
• Competitor Research: Conduct regular research on competing platforms agency recruitment strategies, incentive structures, operational policies, and market trends to identify opportunities and refine our BD approach.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree
• 1+ year of working experience in BD, agency recruitment, or partnership roles within the social app/live streaming industry.
• Fluent in English and Tagalog
• Proven track record in recruiting and onboarding agencies is a strong plus.
• Prior experience with multinational or foreign management teams is a plus.
• Work on site is needed. The base is in Ortigas, Pasig City, Manila.
