The Challenge

We are looking for a results-drivenBusiness Development Analystto join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, conductingmarket research, and selling our research services to clients across various industries. This role combines strategic sales efforts with a deep understanding of client needs and the ability to match those with our research capabilities.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct market & Industry research to support business development strategies.
• Sell Research Services & Solutions to corporate clients, agencies, and other organizations.
• Identify & Qualify Leadsthrough research, networking, and outreach initiatives.
• Generate new business opportunitiesby identifying emerging markets, industry trends, and potential client segments.

What You Bring

• 4+ years agency-side quantitative research; qual a plus.
• Proven desk-to-boardroom ownership of projects end-to-end.
• Fluency in SPSS/Q (or similar) and advanced Excel.
• Slide-craft that turns numbers into narratives.
• A startup mindset: proactive, resourceful, bias for action.
