We are seeking a results-driven Business Development Specialist to support business growth by identifying new opportunities, developing client relationships, and driving sales across our solutions portfolio. The role will focus on generating leads, managing client accounts, preparing proposals, and coordinating with technical and project teams to deliver solutions that address customer needs. The successful candidate will help expand market presence across industries such as commercial buildings, real estate, hospitality, healthcare, education, retail, industrial, and corporate sectors.

Responsibilities
- Identify, develop, and pursue new business opportunities to achieve sales and revenue targets.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, consultants, contractors, developers, and key decision-makers.
- Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and customer mapping to identify potential projects and opportunities.
- Generate leads through networking, referrals, industry events, and outbound business development activities.
- Prepare and deliver presentations, proposals, quotations, and business cases tailored to client requirements.
- Collaborate with technical, engineering, and operations teams to develop appropriate solutions and project proposals.
- Manage the sales pipeline from lead generation through contract negotiation and project handover.
- Monitor project opportunities and participate in bidding, accreditation, and procurement processes.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, sales activities, and forecasts using CRM and reporting tools.
- Represent the company in client meetings, industry events, and business forums.
- Achieve assigned sales targets, revenue goals, and key performance indicators.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, Information Technology, Communications, or a related field.
- At least 2–5 years of experience in Business Development, Sales, Account Management, or related customer-facing roles.
- Experience in any of the following industries is an advantage:
- Audio-Visual (AV) Systems
- Professional Lighting Solutions
- Auxiliary and Security Systems
- HVAC Solutions
- Trading and Communications Technologies
- Software and Digital Services
Required Skills
- Strong presentation, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
- Experience handling B2B sales and corporate accounts.
- Ability to manage multiple opportunities and projects simultaneously.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, CRM platforms, and proposal preparation.
- Self-motivated, results-oriented, and capable of working independently.
