Position: Business Development Specialist

Key Responsibilities
- Identify, research, and engage prospective investors, capital allocators, and strategic partners through LinkedIn, email, and other outreach channels.
- Utilize LinkedIn Sales Navigator to source, qualify, and connect with high-value prospects and decision-makers.
- Generate and schedule qualified meetings between prospective investors and the client's leadership team.
- Manage prospect pipelines, outreach activities, and engagement tracking within CRM platforms.
- Develop personalized outreach campaigns and follow-up strategies to increase response and conversion rates.
- Conduct market research to identify new investor opportunities and support business development initiatives.
- Build and maintain professional relationships with executives, investors, and senior stakeholders.
- Consistently meet or exceed appointment-setting and pipeline generation targets.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in Business Development, Appointment Setting, Lead Generation, Investor Relations, or a related B2B sales role.
- Strong proficiency with LinkedIn Sales Navigator, including prospect sourcing, lead qualification, and outreach campaign execution.
- Experience using CRM platforms such as HubSpot, Salesforce, Pipedrive, Zoho, or similar systems.
- Experience within financial services, investment management, private equity, venture capital, or investor relations is a strong advantage.
- Demonstrated success in generating qualified meetings and developing sales pipelines through outbound prospecting.
- Comfortable engaging and building relationships with executives, investors, founders, and senior decision-makers.
- Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining high-quality outreach and engagement standards.
