Position: Business Development Specialist (Online Interview Process)

Requirements:
Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, Advertising, Information Technology, or any related field.
At least 2 years of experience in Digital Marketing, Content Creation, Branding, or related marketing functions.
Experience working in an IT, Software, Technology, or Digital Solutions company is an advantage.
Flexible and willing to adjust work schedules or days off based on business requirements.
Available to start as soon as possible.
Responsibilities:
Create and publish engaging content for the company's website, social media platforms, and other digital marketing channels.
Support the planning, execution, and monitoring of digital marketing campaigns to increase brand awareness and customer engagement.
Analyse marketing data and campaign performance to optimize strategies and improve results.
Manage and maintain the company's online presence, including website and social media content.
Assist in developing branding materials and marketing initiatives aligned with business objectives.
Coordinate marketing events, webinars, product launches, and promotional activities.
Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends and growth opportunities.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure consistent brand messaging and successful campaign implementation.
Provide administrative support, including report preparation, meeting coordination, and email management.
