About the Role:
We are looking for a proactive and results-driven Business Development Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will focus on recruiting, managing, and supporting creators, hosts, and agency partners, while helping grow our live streaming platform.
Responsibilities:
- Identify and recruit new agencies, creators, and hosts to join the platform.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing agencies and talent.
- Support onboarding, training, and performance improvement for partners.
- Monitor market trends and provide insights to enhance platform growth strategies.
- Assist in planning and executing campaigns and local initiatives to drive engagement.
- Collect feedback from partners and provide actionable recommendations to internal teams.
- Perform other business development and operational tasks as assigned.
Requirements:
- Experience in business development, account management, or operations in entertainment, social apps, live streaming, or related digital platforms.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Self-driven, adaptable, and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
- Data-aware, with basic analytical skills for monitoring performance and identifying growth opportunities.
- Comfortable working remotely and collaborating across teams.
