Business Development Support Specialist (PHP 35,000 – 50,000 | Remote | FREE AI Certification)

ROLE OVERVIEW
In this dynamic role, you will drive the early-stage sales pipeline effectiveness, empowering growth-focused businesses by supporting their accounting operations. Your daily workflow will span executing high-volume outbound outreach campaigns, managing CRM data, and supporting the sales team to ensure seamless deal momentum. Operating remotely, you'll experience a collaborative environment, closely working with the Business Development Representatives during the night shift.
The role requires mastery in crafting personalized communication across LinkedIn and email platforms, ensuring prospects are engaged and nurtured effectively. You'll also monitor the sales pipeline activities, identify stalled opportunities, and flag them to the sales team for further action. Proactive CRM management is central to your tasks, setting up outreach sequences and ensuring data accuracy to support sales effectiveness.
You're Likely a Strong Fit If You Have
• 1–3 years of experience in outbound sales, lead generation, or sales support
• Proficiency with CRM platforms, especially HubSpot
• Experience with sales prospecting and automation tools like Apollo.io and LinkedIn Sales Navigator
• Expertise in writing engaging outbound emails and follow-up communications
Strong Signals
• Experience supporting a B2B SaaS or professional services sales team
• Familiarity with accounting, finance, or SMB market
• Knowledge of A/B testing email subject lines or outreach messaging
Outbound Outreach & Lead Engagement
Fueling sales momentum by generating interest and forwarding qualified opportunities.
• Execute outreach campaigns via LinkedIn and email
• Build and research targeted prospect lists aligned with the Ideal Customer Profile
• Craft compelling personalized messages to book discovery calls
Pipeline Follow-Up & Sales Support
Ensure no lead is left behind by managing timely follow-up communications.
• Monitor pipeline and engage leads with relevant follow-ups
• Maintain post-call follow-up processes to keep opportunities on track
• Flag stalled leads for the sales team's attention
CRM & Automation Management
Optimizing sales processes and engagement through immaculate CRM management.
• Maintain accurate records in HubSpot CRM
• Develop outreach sequences and track engagement metrics
• Conduct regular audits of CRM data quality
