Job Summary:
We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented Business Development Specialist to handle a mix of administrative, finance, and partnership coordination tasks. This role ensures smooth internal operations while also supporting partnership activities closer to revenue, including contracts, proposals, and deal execution.
Key Responsibilities:
Operations & Support Functions:
- Track and monitor budgets to ensure proper allocation and control
- Process and validate expenses accurately and on time
- Maintain well-organized documentation, records, and reports
- Support administrative, finance, and coordination tasks across teams
- Ensure operational processes are properly documented and followed
Partnerships Support Functions:
- Review contracts and agreements for accuracy and completeness
- Support negotiations, renewals, and partnership discussions
- Prepare proposals, presentations, and business materials
- Coordinate deal execution across internal teams
- Assist in managing partner communications and relationship support
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Marketing, or related field
- 1–3 years of experience in operations, admin, finance support, or partnerships support
- Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills
- Good understanding of business documentation, contracts, or reporting (preferred)
- Proficient in MS Excel / Google Sheets and presentation tools
- Strong communication and coordination skills
