Business Development / Sales Executive - Exhibitions & Events

Salary: $2,600 - $3,000 + Commission

Key Responsibilities
- Actively prospect and secure new corporate clients through cold calling, networking, referrals and industry research
- Generate new sales opportunities and close deals for exhibition, event and experiential projects
- Build and maintain strong client relationships to encourage repeat business and long-term partnerships
- Prepare quotations, proposals and presentations tailored to clients requirements
- Coordinate closely with the design and project teams to deliver customised solutions
- Ensure smooth project execution within agreed timelines and budgets
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities and industry developments
- Support business growth initiatives and achieve sales targets
Requirements
- 1-3 years of experience in exhibitions, events, MICE, business development or B2B sales
- Diploma in Business, Marketing, Events Management or a related field
- Strong communication, negotiation and presentation skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
- Knowledge of exhibition booths, event setup, spatial design or AV equipment will be an advantage
- Independent, responsible, proactive and self-motivated
- Positive working attitude and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Results-driven with a strong hunter mindset and passion for sales
