- Prospect and Lead Generation: Identify and develop new business opportunities through networking, cold calling, and market research.
- Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with prospects, understanding their needs and requirements
- Sales Pipeline Management: Manage and maintain a healthy sales pipeline, ensuring timely follow-ups.
- Market Analysis: Stay informed about market trends, competitors, and industry developments to identify new sales opportunities.
- Collaboration: Work closely with the sales team to align strategies in achieving planned outcome
- Reporting: Provide regular sales reports, including pipeline status, and client feedback to management.

Experience:
- 3+ years of experience in a business development role
- Reached sales targets
- Overcame adversity
Skills:
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets.
- Self-motivated with a strong work ethic and ability to work independently.
- Proficiency in CRM software (experience using HubSpot is an advantage) and Google Suite
