Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prospect and Lead Generation: Identify and develop new business opportunities through networking, cold calling, and market research.
  • Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with prospects, understanding their needs and requirements
  • Sales Pipeline Management: Manage and maintain a healthy sales pipeline, ensuring timely follow-ups.
  • Market Analysis: Stay informed about market trends, competitors, and industry developments to identify new sales opportunities.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with the sales team to align strategies in achieving planned outcome
  • Reporting: Provide regular sales reports, including pipeline status, and client feedback to management.

Qualifications:

Experience:

  • 3+ years of experience in a business development role
  • Reached sales targets
  • Overcame adversity

Skills:

  • Strong communication and presentation skills.
  • Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets.
  • Self-motivated with a strong work ethic and ability to work independently.
  • Proficiency in CRM software (experience using HubSpot is an advantage) and Google Suite
