Job Description

We are seeking a proactive and results-driven Business Development Representative to support our sales team by identifying and engaging potential clients. The role involves researching target companies, identifying key stakeholders, and executing multi-channel outreach strategies through cold calling, email, and LinkedIn. The BDR will be responsible for qualifying leads, assessing their fit with our solutions, and scheduling meetings or product demos for the sales team. Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records in the CRM system (Salesforce or HubSpot) is essential to ensure a seamless sales process and effective pipeline management.

Requirements:

  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Proven experience interacting with US-based business owners or decision-makers
  • Background or experience working in a SaaS environment
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Familiarity with CRM platforms such as Salesforce or HubSpot
  • Ability to work full-time (8 hours per day)
  • Self-motivated with a strong attention to detail and ability to multitask
