Role: Business Development Representative

Work Arrangement: Work from Home

Location: Any CS Branch - Angeles, Mabalacat, Ortigas, Makati, Cebu, Davao,

Schedule: Night Shift

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Appointment Generator to join our team. As an Appointment Generator, you will play a crucial role in generating and setting appointments for our sales team. This is a great opportunity for someone with telemarketing and sales experience who enjoys communicating with potential customers and has a passion for driving business growth.

Duties

  • Conduct cold calling to potential customers to generate interest in our products or services.
  • Communicate effectively to build rapport and establish relationships with prospects.
  • Utilize inside sales techniques to identify customer needs and promote our offerings.
  • Negotiate appointment times that work for both the prospect and the sales representative.
  • Market our products or services by highlighting their features and benefits.
  • Provide exceptional customer service throughout the appointment setting process.

Qualification And Requirements

  • Previous experience in telemarketing or inside sales is preferred but not necessary
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Strong market awareness and understanding of customer needs
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and meet targets
  • Advertising background preferred

We offer competitive compensation, PLUS commission for each appointment sold, as well as ongoing training and support to help you succeed in this role. If you are a driven individual with a passion for sales and generating leads, we would love to hear from you.

  • Excellent communication skills
  • Strong market awareness and understanding of customer needs
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and meet targets
  • B2B sales experience (reaching out to business/business owners, specifically)
  • Outgoing Personality and with Proactive Approach in conversing
  • Neutral Accent
  • Knows how to navigate and drive a call
  • Amenable to work (4) 9-hour shifts from Mondays-Thursdays and Half Day during Fridays (US Time)
  • Note: Should have a distraction-free environment/office space at home
