We are seeking a high-performing and articulate Business Development Representative (BDR) to drive outbound Go-To-Market (GTM) initiatives across the Philippines.
As the first point of contact for prospective clients, you will be responsible for generating high-quality pipeline through targeted research, personalized outreach, and effective lead qualification. This role requires a blend of market intelligence, communication skills, and a consultative approach to engaging decision-makers.
Key Responsibilities
1. Account Research & Targeting
- Identify and research target accounts and key decision-makers.
- Build account intelligence using tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo.io, and HubSpot.
- Track trigger events to enable timely and relevant outreach.
2. Outbound Campaign Execution
- Execute multi-channel outbound campaigns (email, LinkedIn, calls).
- Develop personalized messaging aligned to Philippines market dynamics.
- Continuously optimize outreach through A/B testing and insights.
3. Lead Generation & Qualification
- Initiate outbound conversations and engage senior stakeholders (CXOs, VPs, Directors).
- Identify customer needs and qualify opportunities using BANT/CHAMP frameworks.
- Schedule qualified meetings and generate pipeline for the sales team.
4. CRM & Pipeline Management
- Maintain accurate records in CRM tools such as Salesforce or HubSpot.
- Track and report key performance metrics (meetings, conversions, response rates).
- Ensure strong data hygiene and pipeline visibility.
5. Market Insights & Collaboration
- Share insights on market trends, buyer behavior, and competitor activity.
- Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to refine messaging and campaigns.
Qualifications & Experience
- 3–5 years of experience in B2B inside sales / BDR / SDR roles.
- Experience in the Philippines or broader SEA market preferred.
- Strong communication skills with neutral English and cultural awareness.
- Proven ability to craft compelling outreach messages and engage stakeholders.
- Hands-on experience with tools like Apollo.io, HubSpot, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to track and improve campaign performance.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and target-driven.
Preferred Skills
- Experience in IT Services, SaaS, or Technology sales.
- Understanding of enterprise solutions such as Cloud, APIs, AI, and Digital Transformation.
- Exposure to multi-country SEA sales environments.
- Experience in account expansion (upsell/cross-sell).
