About the Role: The primary focus of a Business Development Representative (BDR) is to generate new business opportunities by identifying and engaging potential clients. This involves deep understanding of the company's lead generation and intent solutions, and effectively targeting and qualifying prospects.

Responsibilities:

• Understand the company's lead generation and intent solutions and offerings.

• Identify key prospects within targeted accounts.

• Learn what a good potential client looks like, and what an account that's not a fit look like.

• Prospect using multiple channels: email, LinkedIn, phone.

• Commit to a set number of activities per day and consistently meet these targets.

• Work with your manager on weekly 1:1s to optimize your daily, weekly, and monthly performance to achieve your meeting generation goals.

• Must have experience working in an outbound sales environment, preferably calling on the EMEA and North American markets.

Skills:

Mandatory:

• Have used Apollo and ZoomInfo.

• Experience with predictive/automated dialers and email sequencing tools.

• Ability to write professional business emails with clean grammar.

• Proven track record of consistently hitting meeting targets month after month.

• Comfortable using LinkedIn and LinkedIn Sales Navigator.

• Must have experience with Salesforce CRM and Outlook for email.

Familiarity with:

• CRM systems – SFDC, Dynamics, HubSpot, etc. (SFDC preferred).

• Intent data (preferred but not necessary)

Qualification:

• Passionate about the chase and the hunt.

• Competitive and driven to win.

• Internally motivated to persist even when facing rejection.

• Minimum of 2 years of B2B sales or business development experience.

• College education is optional.

Note: B2B experience is required; B2C experience, Google AdWords work, and similar roles are not applicable.
