Responsibilities

JOB DESCRIPTION

  • Conduct outbound prospecting to generate new business opportunities
  • Qualify leads and set up meetings for our sales team
  • Build relationships with potential customers and identify their needs
  • Use CRM tools to track and manage sales activities
  • Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to optimise lead generation strategies
  • Meet or exceed monthly and monthly opportunity generation targets

Requirements


  • Minimum of 3 years experience in outbound phone-based sales or SDR role
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to do multi channel outreach email, linkedin, messages
  • Strong phone presence and ability to engage with decision-makers right up to the C-Suite
  • Experience using CRM tools such as Pipedrive, Salesforce or Hubspot
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  • Self-motivated with a strong work ethic and a desire to learn and grow
  • Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with a focus on continuous improvement and innovation
  • High levels of activity and energy to drive results
