About the Role:
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Business Development Representative (BDR) to join our dynamic team and lead our prospecting through LinkedIn. The BDR will play a crucial role in driving our event-based marketing strategy by engaging potential clients on LinkedIn and encouraging attendance at our exclusive virtual and in-person events. This role is perfect for a self-starter who excels at written communication and building relationships online. This role does not involve cold calling.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead List Management: Generate and pull targeted lead lists, cross-referencing data across our in-house tools to ensure accuracy and avoid duplication.
- LinkedIn Prospecting: Proactively identify and engage new leads on LinkedIn through personalized connection requests and direct messages, presenting our value proposition and inviting them to targeted, experience-focused events.
- Outreach Messaging: Craft clear, personalized messaging sequences that resonate with target personas, and maintain a professional LinkedIn presence that builds trust and credibility.
- Prospect Vetting: Qualify and vet prospects against our Ideal Customer Profile (ICP) to ensure we are attracting the right personas and decision-makers to our events.
- Pre-Event Coordination: Engage with registered attendees through LinkedIn messages and other communications to ensure high attendance and engagement rates for our events.
- Live Event Support: Provide real-time assistance to guests during events, helping with login issues, directing them to relevant sessions, and ensuring a seamless experience.
- Post-Event Engagement: Follow up with event attendees on LinkedIn to gather feedback, qualify leads, and schedule product demos or discovery meetings for the sales team.
Skills and Qualifications:
- Experience: A minimum of 2+ years of proven experience in outbound prospecting and lead generation through LinkedIn, including hands-on use of LinkedIn Sales Navigator to build lead lists and run outreach.
- Language Proficiency: Strong written English (grammar, tone, and clarity) is required for professional communication with the US market. A strong spoken English accent is not required, as this role does not involve phone-based outreach.
- Communication Skills: Must possess outstanding written communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills.
- Attitude: Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently in a remote environment.
Desired Skills and Experience:
- Advanced proficiency with LinkedIn Sales Navigator, including saved searches, lead and account lists, lead recommendations, InMail, and Advanced search to identify and prioritize target prospects.
- Familiarity with Contact Center as a Service (CCaaS) and Customer Experience (CX) technologies.
- Previous experience working with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).
Pay: Php 185.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week (8AM - 5PM PST)
