We are looking for a strategic, research-driven Business Development Representative (BDR) to spearhead our high-touch outbound efforts. Our cloud-based remote work monitoring platform is disrupting the industry with real-time visual verification and a unique usage-based pricing model.
Key Responsibilities
- Target Account Mapping: Manually identify and vet target companies (specifically in recruitment, BPO, and remote-first sectors) that fit our usage-based ROI profile.
- Bespoke Outreach: Craft highly personalized, multi-channel outreach strategies (Email, LinkedIn, and Video) for 1015 high-value prospects per day.
- Relationship Engineering: Identify key stakeholdersfrom HR Tech Buyers to Operations VPsand initiate value-first conversations rather than feature-first pitches.
- Use-Case Discovery: Educate prospects on how our unique real-time visibility and pay-as-you-go model solve specific problems, such as remote hiring integrity and project-based auditing.
- Pipeline Development: Manage the transition from initial warm-up to qualified discovery meetings for the leadership team.
