This is a full-time Business Development & Recruitment Associate role located in Makati, with the flexibility of a hybrid work setup. The responsibilities include identifying and generating leads, conducting market research for potential opportunities, giving presentations to various stakeholders, and effectively communicating with students, young professionals, and partner organizations. The role will also involve supporting recruitment efforts and nurturing relationships to promote the company's international internship programs.

• Strong Presentation Skills and experience in delivering effective Presentations to diverse audiences
• Proficiency in Lead Generation and Market Research to identify new opportunities
• Excellent Communication skills, both verbal and written, to interact with diverse stakeholders
• Ability to work in a hybrid setup and manage responsibilities both remotely and on-site
• Adaptability and enthusiasm for cultural exchange and international opportunities
• Preferred qualifications include a background in recruitment, business development, or related fields
