We value accountability, clear communication, continuous improvement, and ownership in everything we do.

Role Overview

We are looking for a highly organized, detail-oriented Business Development Operations Assistant to support our business development, CRM management, lead generation, outreach, and administrative operations.

This is not a social media posting or marketing design position. We are not looking for someone focused primarily on Facebook, Instagram, graphic design, or social media content creation. The primary focus of this role is business development operations, CRM management, LinkedIn prospecting, lead generation, and follow-up coordination.

This role is critical in keeping our sales pipeline organized, improving and updating our CRM business development pipeline functionality, supporting lead generation efforts, improving follow-up consistency, and ensuring business development activities are executed on time and accurately.

You will work directly with leadership to help manage and improve Pipedrive, research and hunt for new leads on LinkedIn, assist with managing the lead generation and follow-up process, support outreach campaigns, and maintain accurate data across systems.

This is a fast-paced, remote role that requires strong structure, excellent communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities independently.

Lead Generation & Outreach Support

  • Research and identify commercial prospects, referral partners, and decision-makers
  • Hunt for and identify new business leads through LinkedIn and other prospecting resources
  • Assist with managing LinkedIn prospecting, lead tracking, and follow-up activities
  • Manage repeatable BD campaigns, such as customer reactivation, seasonal outreach, and referrals
  • Conduct commercial prospect research and build and maintain targeted contact lists
  • Assist in coordinating follow-ups with past clients and prospects

Business Development & Campaign Support

  • Assist with email campaigns in Pipedrive
  • Support preparation of BD emails, basic copy, presentations, and outreach materials
  • Help maintain customer-facing materials, files, and business development resources
  • Support occasional website or business content updates as needed
  • Coordinate with outside vendors when necessary
  • Track campaign execution and reporting results

Please note: Social media posting, Facebook/Instagram management, and marketing design are not primary responsibilities of this position.

Administrative Support

  • Maintain organized CRM, spreadsheets, and internal documentation
  • Support reporting for weekly meetings and leadership updates
  • Help track action items and ensure follow-through on tasks
  • Assist with general data entry and system updates

Requirements

  • Highest-level English communication skills required (written and spoken)
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Experience with CRM systems (Pipedrive preferred)
  • Comfortable with Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Gmail, Drive)
  • Strong follow-up discipline and reliability
  • Ability to work independently in a remote environment
  • Strong research and problem-solving skills
  • Comfortable researching and identifying prospects through LinkedIn
  • Must be available to work EST business hours
  • Reliable computer and high-speed internet connection

Preferred Experience

  • Business development, sales support, or operations experience, preferably B2B focused
  • Experience with LinkedIn Sales Navigator, LinkedIn prospecting, or other lead research tools
  • Experience managing or improving CRM pipelines and business development workflows
  • Experience supporting service-based or construction-related businesses

Schedule

  • Part-time: up to 20 hours per week
  • Must be available during EST business hours
  • Flexible scheduling within agreed working window
  • Occasional meetings required

Compensation

  • $6.00 - $8.00 per hour
  • Based on experience, performance, and demonstrated ability
