Monday to Friday | 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM

6-Month Contract

60,000 – 75,000 + HMO

Key Responsibilities:

• Source, onboard, and manage NGO partners from end to end.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with NGO stakeholders.

• Oversee partnership operations, compliance, documentation, and issue resolution.

• Track campaign metrics and ensure accurate, timely reporting.

• Identify partner needs and recommend opportunities for growth and expansion.

• Develop best practices to scale Public Sector initiatives.

Qualifications:

• 3–5 years of experience in Business Development, Sales & Operations, Project, or Partner Management.

• Strong stakeholder and operational management skills.

• Familiarity with the Philippine nonprofit/NGO sector and regulatory environment is a plus.

• Experience designing or implementing onboarding or compliance systems.
