Role Description
The Business Development Officer is a full-time, on-site role based in Valenzuela. This position is responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building and maintaining client relationships, and supporting revenue growth in target industries. Day-to-day tasks include prospecting and qualifying leads, preparing and delivering client presentations, coordinating with internal teams on proposals and pricing, and tracking opportunities in a structured pipeline. The role also involves conducting market and competitor analysis, supporting financial assessments of potential deals, and ensuring high standards of customer service throughout the sales process. The Business Development Officer collaborates closely with sales, finance, and operations to ensure that client requirements are clearly communicated and successfully delivered.

Qualifications

Strong New Business Development skills, including lead generation, opportunity qualification, and relationship building.
Solid Analytical Skills and familiarity with Finance concepts to assess market trends, pricing, and deal viability.
Excellent Communication abilities for presentations, negotiations, and cross-functional collaboration.
Customer Service orientation with a focus on responsiveness, problem-solving, and long-term client satisfaction.
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
Experience in manufacturing, packaging, or B2B sales is an advantage.
Proficiency in MS Office and basic CRM tools, with strong organizational and time-management skills.
Ability to work on-site in Valenzuela and travel locally to meet clients as needed.
