General Description:
Business Development Officer is responsible foridentifying, researching, analyzing, and negotiating lease contracts for, and zoning wireless telecommunications sites. Identify candidates for specific land leases-based customer criteria, owner interest, and jurisdictional Zoning and/or Land Use regulations.

Duties and Responsibilities:
- Conduct strategic market scanning and identify high-potential retail trade areas aligned with the brand's expansion strategy; provide qualified site leads to the Business Development – Real Estate team.
- Support the regular review and update of the country development plan by incorporating market trends, competitor activities, and brand growth priorities.
- Prepare detailed location-specific feasibility studies including market demand, customer profile, cannibalization risks, and projected financial performance.
- Analyze sales and operational performance of newly opened and existing stores to generate post-opening reports and actionable insights for site optimization.
- Develop and deliver compelling business cases and presentations for internal decision-makers, potential partners, and high-profile stakeholders.
- Proactively identify and evaluate new business partnership opportunities (e.g., developers, landlords, institutions) that support strategic expansion and brand visibility.
Work Experience Requirement:
- With basic experience in Real Estate – site assessment, site acquisition, contracts of lease, and negotiation.
- Knowledgeable in MS Office, particularly Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Detail-oriented and organized.
- Can work independently.
- Willing to go on fieldwork.
- With active driver's license is an advantage
