Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role as a Business Development Officer, primarily located in Metro Manila with flexibility for remote work. The Business Development Officer will identify new business opportunities, foster client relationships, and develop strategies for market growth. Responsibilities include conducting market research, preparing presentations and proposals, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and ensuring client satisfaction. The role also involves working closely with the finance team to assess and optimize business growth strategies.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in New Business Development and identifying market opportunities
• Strong Analytical Skills for data analysis, problem-solving, and decision-making
• Basic to advanced knowledge in Finance, including budgeting and business case development
• Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills to foster client relationships and manage proposals
• Ability to work effectively in a hybrid environment
• Proficiency in using relevant tools and software for business development and market research
• Proactive team player with strong organizational and time management skills
• Experience in process outsourcing or regulatory affairs is an advantage
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
