Job Description
Market Research
- Conduct detailed market research to evaluate the potential for launching new products in the target market.
- Analyze industry trends, customer needs, competitor offerings, and pricing strategies. Provide insights and recommendations to support strategic decision-making.
Product Study & Development
- Acquire comprehensive knowledge of newly launched products, including specifications, features, functionalities, and benefits
- Understand product applications and operational procedures to communicate effectively with dealers, agents, and customers
- Stay updated on product upgrades, enhancements, and modifications to maintain current expertise
- Monitor industry trends and competitor products to understand positioning and unique selling points.
Dealer Relationship Management
- Maintain strong and productive relationships with dealers to support business growth. Conduct regular dealer visits to ensure alignment on sales targets, product updates, and operational needs
- Act as the primary mediator between the company and dealers, ensuring timely communication and issue resolution
- Support dealers in improving product knowledge and customer service quality. Gather feedback from dealers to identify opportunities, challenges, and areas for improvement.
Product Knowledge Sharing & New Product Promotion
- Ensure all agents and dealers receive comprehensive and up-to-date product knowledge to improve their understanding and product offerings
- Actively promote newly launched products and maintain continuous communication with agents regarding updates, features, and availability.
After-Sales Support
Coordinate with suppliers to manage spare parts support, including tracking lead times for requested parts, to ensure timely customer service and warranty repairs
Work closely with the repair/technical team to gather accurate information about spare parts and technical issues.
Provide suppliers with necessary documentation, including photos and technical details to ensure smooth operations.
Addressing Agents Concerns
- Handle inquiries and concerns raised by agents regarding discount requests in the Unit Technical Report
- Manage charges for backload units and ensure discount approvals are processed as per the Directors instructions.
- Maintain clear communication and transparency in resolving agents operational issues.
Customer Support
- Support the management and resolution of customer concerns by coordinating with the technical team.
- Guide customers on newly launched products by educating them on features and demonstrating operational procedures
- Ensure a positive customer experience through timely follow-ups and clear communication.
Qualifications
- Must be able to drive and hold a valid professional drivers license.
- Bachelors degree in Agriculture or related field.
- Strong knowledge and hands-on familiarity with agricultural equipment, tools, and field operations.
- Able to conduct field visits and support activities across various regions.
- Willing to travel frequently and work in different site locations as needed.
- Physically fit and capable of handling fieldwork responsibilities.
- Strong communication and coordination skills.
Working Schedule
MONDAY TO SATURDAY 8AM TO 5PM
