Business Development Officer

JCV & Associates is a construction consultancy firm known for disciplined, relationship-driven growth. Our Strategic Acquisition & Growth team doesn't just chase deals — we build lasting client partnerships, sector by sector.

As our Business Development Officer, you'll manage a dedicated portfolio of sector accounts, guide opportunities from qualification through proposal, and keep every deal moving with precision. You'll be the connective tissue between clients, proposals, and delivery — making sure nothing falls through the cracks.

What you'll own:

• Build and grow relationships within your assigned sector to drive repeat and cross-sell business
• Guide opportunities from qualification through proposal submission, keeping stakeholders aligned
• Maintain accurate, real-time CRM records that fuel forecasting and pipeline reporting
• Coordinate client accreditation, procurement requirements, and RFP submissions end-to-end
• Draft technical and commercial proposals in partnership with Finance and the BD Head
• Manage post-award client relationships, satisfaction tracking, and issue resolution
• Track market trends and competitor activity to sharpen your sector's pipeline

What you bring:

• 1–3 years of experience in business development, sales support, marketing, or project coordination
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Comfort managing multiple opportunities and stakeholders at once.
• Proficiency with CRM systems and disciplined tracking habits.

Nice to have:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Architecture, Marketing, or related field.
• Exposure to construction consultancy, engineering, or project management.
