About the Role

As our newest Business Development Officer (Night Shift Role), you will be responsible for supporting business development and growth initiatives through financial analysis, research, competitive intelligence, and strategic planning. This involves contributing to client development, pitches, and revenue growth by translating complex data into clear, actionable insights and supporting the execution of high-quality business development materials and processes.

Timing: 9.00 AM - 6.00 PM EST

What You'll Do

  • Prepare financial, market, and client analyses to support strategic planning, client targeting, and business development initiatives
  • Conduct research on clients, industries, and market trends; synthesize findings into clear, actionable insights
  • Monitor competitor activity and develop competitive intelligence reports and materials
  • Support the development and execution of pitches, RFPs, and credentials, including drafting content and coordinating internal inputs
  • Maintain and enhance business development templates, reports, and marketing collateral
  • Assist with budgeting processes, business planning, and performance tracking/reporting
  • Manage and maintain CRM data to ensure accuracy, usability, and effective reporting
  • Collaborate with marketing and BD team members to support integrated campaigns and client development efforts
  • Identify opportunities for process improvements and efficiencies across BD systems and workflows

What You Bring

  • Minimum Certificate, Diploma, or Degree in Business, Economics, Marketing, or a related field
  • Around 8 years of experience in business development, marketing, research, or financial analysis
  • Experience supporting pitches, RFPs, or client-facing materials
  • Experience working with CRM systems and data analysis tools
