Role Description

The Business Development Officer will focus on identifying and developing new business opportunities, building strong relationships with potential clients, and driving revenue growth for the organization. Responsibilities include conducting market research, preparing financial analyses, and creating strategic plans to expand the client base. The role requires active collaboration with internal teams and excellent communication with external stakeholders. This is a full-time, on-site position based in Cebu.

Qualifications

• Proven expertise in New Business Development and client acquisition
• Strong Analytical Skills and proficiency in Finance-related tasks
• Excellent written and verbal Communication abilities
• Outstanding Customer Service and relationship management skills
• Strategic thinking, problem-solving capabilities, and attention to detail
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance, or a related field
• Prior experience in the healthcare or HMO industry is an advantage
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented, fast-paced environment
