Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site position based in Cebu. The Business Development Officer will identify new business opportunities, establish relationships with potential clients, and drive company growth. Responsibilities include market analysis, developing sales strategies, building and maintaining client relationships, and contributing to financial forecasting to accomplish organizational goals.

Qualifications

• Proven expertise in New Business Development and creating strategic opportunities.
• Strong Analytical Skills to assess markets and develop effective strategies.
• Background in Finance to support budget planning and financial decision-making processes.
• Excellent Communication skills for presenting solutions and fostering relationships with clients.
• Experience in Customer Service to ensure seamless client engagement and satisfaction.
• Ability to work in a team-oriented, on-site environment in Cebu.
• Relevant experience in the healthcare or insurance industry is a plus.
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance, or a related field is preferred.
