Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Business, Communication, or related field
3+ years of experience in business development, sales, or partnerships within fintech,
banking, lending or financial services.
Proven success managing sales teams and exceeding revenue targets in B2B/B2Cenvironments.accountability.partners.blockchain, and embedded finance. processes. requirements.
Strong understanding of payment gateways, APIs, BNPL, lending, and digital payments.
Excellent leadership, communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Strong analytical, data-driven, adaptable, and entrepreneurial mindset.
