Business Development Officer

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Metro Manila for a Business Development Officer. The individual in this position will identify and pursue new business opportunities, build and maintain relationships with clients, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop strategic growth initiatives. Key responsibilities include analyzing market trends, preparing proposals, developing financial strategies, attending client meetings, and addressing customer inquiries to ensure a high standard of client satisfaction.

• Proven experience in New Business Development and identifying growth opportunities
• Strong Analytical Skills and proficiency in Finance-related tasks
• Excellent Communication and Customer Service abilities
• Ability to work collaboratively and develop effective strategies
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, or related field
• Prior experience in the real estate or property development industry is an advantage
