Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Business Development Officer based in Muntinlupa City, with the flexibility to work remotely on certain days. The Business Development Officer will identify and pursue new business opportunities, develop client relationships, and create strategies to achieve revenue targets. Responsibilities include conducting market research, generating leads, analyzing financial data, creating presentations, and collaborating with internal teams to drive growth and improve customer satisfaction.

• Proficiency in New Business Development with a proven ability to identify opportunities and drive growth.
• Strong Analytical and Finance skills to assess financial data and develop strategic plans effectively.
• Excellent Communication skills to collaborate with team members and build relationships with clients.
• Exceptional Customer Service abilities to maintain high client satisfaction and professional relationships.
• Highly organized and capable of managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance, or a related field is preferred.
• Experience working in the IT or technology sector is a plus.
• Proficiency in CRM tools is advantageous.
