Job Description

Bachelor's degree in Business, Communication, or related field.

  • 3+ years of experience in business development, sales, or partnerships within fintech,

banking, or financial services.

  • Proven success managing sales teams and exceeding revenue targets in B2B/B2C

environments.

  • Strong understanding of payment gateways, APIs, BNPL, lending, and digital payments.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Strong analytical, data-driven, adaptable, and entrepreneurial mindset

Sales monthly target Oriented

Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets across fintech verticals.

  • Set goals, monitor performance, manage pipelines, forecasting, KPIs, and reporting.
  • Identify and manage key accounts, enterprise clients, lenders, partners, and merchants.
  • Recruit, train, mentor, and manage a high-performing sales team; foster collaboration and

accountability.

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with banks, payment processors, and enterprise

partners.

  • Lead client negotiations, presentations, contracts, pricing, and onboarding.
  • Ensure client satisfaction, retention, and customized solution delivery.
  • Identify new market opportunities including digital payments, lending platforms,

blockchain, and embedded finance.

  • Provide market insights to support product innovation and continuously improve sales

processes.

  • Stay updated on fintech trends, competitors, compliance, security, and onboarding

requirements.
