About the Role

We are looking for a Business Development Manager – Water Treatment to drive growth and expand our customer base within key industries.

This role combines business development, account management, and technical solution selling, focusing on delivering value through water treatment solutions that improve efficiency, sustainability, and operational performance.

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive new business acquisition and grow existing accounts
  • Identify and develop opportunities for water treatment solutions and specialty chemicals
  • Conduct technical presentations, product demonstrations, and proposals
  • Build strong relationships with customers across assigned sectors
  • Monitor sales performance using pipeline and account reports
  • Partner with technical teams to deliver end-to-end customer solutions
  • Lead account reviews and business discussions with key stakeholders

What We're Looking For

  • Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or Science (Chemical Engineering preferred)
  • At least 5 years of B2B sales experience in water treatment, chemicals, or industrial solutions
  • Strong background in business development and account management
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
  • Experience in technical or consultative selling
  • Self-driven, results-oriented, and comfortable with field-based work
