Business Development Manager

Job Description

Responsible for leading the development and execution of strategic projects by transforming identified opportunities into viable and well-structured business ventures. The role oversees project assessments, feasibility studies, financial modeling, proposal development, and transaction support while managing a team of Strategic Business Analysts to ensure high-quality outputs and timely delivery of project milestones. The position works closely with internal and external stakeholders to drive project success, support investment decisions, and contribute to the growth objectives of Vivant Infracore Holdings Inc.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Business, Finance, Engineering, Economics, or a related field.
• At least 4 years of experience in business development, project development, corporate planning, investment analysis, or a related function, including at least 2 years in a supervisory or team leadership role.
• Demonstrated experience in financial modeling, feasibility studies, business case development, investment valuation, and project execution; experience in water, utilities, infrastructure, or PPP projects is an advantage.
• Proficient in financial analysis, project management, stakeholder engagement, and advanced Microsoft Excel, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Strong communication, leadership, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• PMP, CFA, MBA, or CP3P certification is an advantage.
