Job Description

The Business Development Manager is responsible for driving organizational growth by identifying new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and expanding the company's market presence. This role requires a combination of strategic thinking, sales expertise, and relationship management to generate revenue and achieve long-term business objectives.

The Business Development Manager works closely with internal teams such as sales, marketing, and operations to ensure alignment in delivering value-driven solutions to clients and partners.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities, partnerships, and markets
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and key stakeholders
  • Manage the full sales cycle—from prospecting to closing deals
  • Develop proposals, presentations, and tailored solutions based on client needs
  • Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, operations, product) to ensure successful delivery
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and customer insights
  • Maintain an active sales pipeline and meet revenue targets
  • Prepare regular reports on performance, forecasts, and opportunities

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
  • 3–5+ years of experience in business development, sales, or account management
  • Proven track record in achieving sales targets and generating new business
