We are looking for a results-driven and strategic
Business Development Manager to lead corporate client acquisition, strengthen key partnerships, and drive long-term business growth. This role is ideal for a dynamic professional with strong experience in sales, account management, and client relationship development within the travel and tours industry.
The successful candidate will play a key role in expanding the company's corporate portfolio while leading initiatives that enhance client satisfaction and revenue growth.
Key ResponsibilitiesBusiness Development & Client Acquisition
- Identify, target, and secure new corporate accounts and business opportunities
- Develop and present customized proposals aligned with client needs and company services
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify growth opportunities
- Build, manage, and maintain a strong sales pipeline
- Drive revenue growth through strategic partnerships and client acquisition initiatives
Account Management & Client Relations
- Oversee onboarding and ensure seamless transition for new corporate clients
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key accounts and stakeholders
- Ensure high levels of client satisfaction, retention, and long-term engagement
- Collaborate with internal teams to effectively deliver client requirements and solutions
Leadership & Strategic Planning
- Lead and support the Client Success and business development functions
- Develop and execute strategies to increase market presence and revenue performance
- Monitor sales and performance metrics to optimize acquisition strategies
- Provide business insights, reports, and recommendations to senior management
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or any related field
- At least 5 years of experience in business development, sales, account management, or corporate partnerships
- Proven track record in client acquisition and revenue growth
- Strong leadership and team management experience
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Strategic thinker with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Experience in the travel and tours industry is an advantage
