Job Description

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE

  • At least 3-4 years of account management or brand management experience
  • Preferably from an advertising agency or had relevant brand work from the Client side
  • College degree holder preferably in marketing, business, or communication-related course

JOB DESCRIPTION

  • Develops and manages marketing campaigns from concept to completion through creating a project brief, working closely with internal partners to execute campaigns and analyse post-campaign data
  • The day-to-day management of clients marketing campaigns
  • Pro-active leadership that encourages agency colleagues to perform to the best of their ability
  • Brand strategy including the setting of style guides, brand guidelines, brand vision and value proposition for short as well as long term
  • Planning and execution of all communications and media actions on all channels
  • Assisting with product development, pricing and new product launches as well as developing new business opportunities
  • Creating and managing promotional collateral to establish and maintain product branding
  • Generating accurate reports and status notifications
  • Pitching fresh and innovative ideas to clients
  • Completing projects to a specific schedule and within an agreed budget
  • Can interpret research data, write reports and make actionable recommendations
  • Increases the effectiveness of on-site search and navigation features Offline communications, marketing initiatives and collaborations.
  • Sales target and wholesale business and institutional sales

SKILLS SET NEEDED

  • Experience in professional-client relationship management is preferred
  • A solid background or knowledge in brand design and marketing
  • Excellent Account Management and Relationship Management Skills
  • Brand awareness and a clear understanding of brands and marketing
  • The ability to plan and strategize at a senior level
  • Strong analytical and planning skills
  • Excellent problem-solving skills;
  • A persuasive and confident approach to creative projects
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
  • Effective team management capabilities
  • Keen attention to detail and budgetary restraints
