Role Description The Business Development Manager – Tech Industry will lead client acquisition and relationship management activities, focusing on technology companies and tech-driven organizations. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Taguig, responsible for identifying new business opportunities, managing a sales pipeline, and presenting tailored HR and recruitment solutions to prospective clients. Day-to-day tasks include prospecting and qualifying leads, conducting client meetings and presentations, preparing proposals, negotiating terms, and closing deals in coordination with internal teams. The role also involves monitoring market trends, collaborating with recruitment consultants to align services with client needs, and maintaining accurate records of activities and performance metrics. The Business Development Manager will be expected to meet revenue targets, contribute to business development strategies, and represent RSD at industry events and networking activities.
Qualifications
- Strong business development and sales skills, including lead generation, pipeline management, and deal negotiation within the tech or professional services industry.
- Client relationship management capabilities, with experience in consultative selling, account management, and delivering tailored solutions to corporate stakeholders.
- Knowledge of the tech industry, including familiarity with common tech roles, market trends, and the talent landscape in Taguig and surrounding areas.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to prepare clear proposals, conduct professional meetings, and influence decision-makers.
- Proficiency in using CRM tools, productivity software, and basic data analysis to track performance, identify opportunities, and support strategic decisions.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Human Resources, or a related field, or equivalent work experience in business development or sales.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding revenue or growth targets, ideally in a consultancy, HR services, or tech-focused environment.
