We're Hiring: Business Development Manager – Staffing & Recruitment

Location: Philippines | Full-Time

We are looking for an experienced Business Development Manager with a strong background in the Staffing & Recruitment industry to join our growing team in the Philippines.

What We're Looking For

The ideal candidate should have a proven track record of winning staffing/recruitment projects from international markets and bringing those projects to delivery teams in the Philippines.

You should have experience in:

• Business development within the Staffing, Recruitment, RPO, or Manpower industry
• Identifying and acquiring international clients/projects for delivery from the Philippines
• Generating new business across markets such as Australia, Singapore, Japan, the US, UK, or other international markets
• Selling recruitment/staffing solutions, offshore recruitment teams, RPO, or related services
• Building relationships with international clients and decision-makers
• Managing the complete sales cycle – prospecting → pitching → negotiation → closing
• Building a strong pipeline and consistently achieving revenue targets

Key Requirement

This is NOT a general sales role.

We are specifically looking for someone who has existing experience in the Staffing & Recruitment industry and has successfully brought international recruitment/staffing projects or accounts to the Philippines.

Existing international client relationships and a proven track record of generating business from overseas markets will be a strong advantage.

What You'll Do

• Develop and execute business development strategies for international markets
• Identify companies looking to outsource or establish recruitment/staffing capabilities in the Philippines
• Generate new client accounts and staffing projects
• Build long-term relationships with HR leaders, Talent Acquisition Heads, Procurement teams, and business decision-makers
• Work closely with recruitment and operations teams in the Philippines to transition and deliver won projects
• Own revenue generation and business growth for the Philippines operation
