Experience required: 8–15 years in Staffing & Recruitment (Business Development focus)
About the Role
We are seeking a high-performing Business Development Manager to drive new client acquisition and revenue growth across APAC, including Australia, Singapore, Malaysia, Thailand, and the Philippines.
You will play a key role in expanding our footprint through:
- Direct staffing and recruitment services
- Onshore–offshore hiring models (remote delivery, GCC, RPO, managed hiring solutions)
Key Responsibilities
- Acquire new clients for staffing, RPO, and offshore hiring solutions
- Build and manage a strong APAC sales pipeline
- Engage with CXOs, HR leaders, and procurement stakeholders
- Lead proposals, negotiations, and contract closures
- Drive cross-border staffing deals and grow existing accounts
What We're Looking For
- 8+ years of experience in staffing/recruitment with strong client acquisition track record
- Proven experience selling staffing services, RPO, or offshore hiring solutions
- Strong exposure to Australia and/or Southeast Asia markets
- Ability to position India and the Philippines as offshore talent hubs
- Strong ownership mindset with a consistent focus on targets and closing deals
