We're looking for a strategic, driven, and highly analytical Senior Business Development Manager to lead our Business Development team and fuel the company's growth, expansion, and diversification.

What You'll Do
As our Senior Business Development Manager, you will:
- Build and strengthen business relationships with industry players and potential partners.
- Lead and motivate the Business Development team—set goals, create strategies, and ensure performance.
- Oversee environmental scanning and market research, ensuring insightful, data‑driven reports and recommendations
- Drive detailed project due diligence and prepare Business Development Plans for potential ventures
- Manage cross-functional project components:
- Regulatory & legal compliance
- Financial modeling & banking requirements
- Technical evaluations (technology, location, supply chain, studies, documentation)
- Coordinate with government agencies and external stakeholders relevant to project execution
- Pitch business ideas to potential investors
- Represent the company at conferences and industry events
- Support other projects and initiatives assigned by the Business Development Head
What We're Looking For
- Education: Degree in Engineering, Economics, Finance, Marketing, or any related business course
- Experience: At least 8 years in the electric power industry
- Minimum 3 years in business development
- Skills & Attributes: Strong business acumen and ability to interpret market & financial data
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Advanced analytical and technical skills
- Strong research ability & decision‑making skills
- Leadership, organization, and time management strengths
- Detail-oriented, resourceful, results-driven, and comfortable with group discussions & presentations
