Job Description

Job overview and responsibility

- Work closely with senior stakeholders within Manila-based enterprise clients to understand their requirements and support sales initiatives.

- Manage the end-to-end sales cycle—from prospecting, lead qualification, product demos, and proposals to negotiation and closure.

- Identify and prioritize potential accounts across Philippines and the SEA region through effective outbound and inbound sales strategies.

- Understand client challenges and position relevant AI-led SaaS solutions to showcase business value.

- Coordinate with internal teams (Product, Customer Success, Marketing, Pre-Sales) to ensure smooth delivery and client satisfaction.

- Maintain a healthy sales pipeline, keep CRM updated, and provide timely visibility into deal progress.

- Conduct meaningful conversations with mid- to senior-level stakeholders and customize pitch materials based on local market dynamics.

- Build long-term client relationships by providing ongoing value, insights, and structured follow-ups.

Required skills and experiences

- 7–12 years in B2B Sales or Business Development, with a focus on enterprise SaaS, technology platforms, or complex digital products

- Demonstrated experience managing long sales cycles (6 months+) with deal sizes of $100K USD and above

- Prior exposure to enterprise software categories such as HRS (HR Systems), CDP (Customer Data Platforms), SFA, DMS, or similar

- Strong track record of end-to-end deal ownership with consistent tenure (2–3+ years per role preferred)

- Fluent in Tagalog and English; able to navigate both local culture and multinational business contexts

- Comfortable working remotely and independently, with strong self-management and pipeline discipline

Preferred skills and experiences

- MBA or relevant postgraduate qualification

- Experience selling into CPG, FMCG, or retail trade verticals

- Familiarity with agentic AI, AI-powered sales tools, or SaaS platforms with embedded AI features

- Graduation around 2013 or equivalent career seniority

- Degree from a Tier 1 university
